Hi Body Bud! I'm Kristy Jo, and I am here to help you find solutions and strategy for your need to create FAST, SIMPLE, HEALTHY, and TASTY meals--a true lifestyle change.
First things first: I am not a doctor or Registered Dietitian. Rather, I am a Mind and Body Strategist* who studies the academia of nutrition constantly, and uses psychological food strategy to
help my clients follow through in making true lifestyle changes.
I struggled with disordered eating and thinking about food and my body for over 20 years until 2012. That's when I knew I had to make a change or this obsessive focus and frustration would take me down.
