"Before getting pregnant I was living a mostly PVF Lifestyle and was feeling great. Lowest weight of my adult body, and just felt good, and liked how my clothes fit. Then I got pregnant, it was difficult to continue eating this way, and I was SO frustrated at all the weight gain while I was making hard strategic food choices even through cravings! (I know, I know our bodies have to, but it’s still frustrating). When my daughter was 6mo old I found out I was pregnant again. (Not an oops, just didn’t expect it to happen so fast-it took a while for baby number 1). I had not lost all the baby weight before getting pregnant again and was totally discouraged. Fast forward to right now. 4 years to the day of delivery of baby number one and having baby number two and I accomplished my goal of getting off ALL the baby weight with the help of PFL-Keto.
